das verstehe ich jetzt leider nicht. Die Seite hat ja mal funktioniert. Ich suche jetzt schon überall in den Einstellungen, ob irgendwelche Firewalls anschlagen o.ä. Die Netzwerkeinstellungen habe ich auch schon zurückgesetzt ... Was könnte ich sonst noch machen?

Habe es auch über ein tablet (unabhängig vom PC) versucht. Auch da ging es leider nicht bzw. es kam die Meldung, daß Safari die Seite nicht öffnen kann.
Apple & Windows PC haben ja nun gar nix miteinander zu tun und die verwendete IP Adresse stimmt.
Fritzbox habe ich auch schon neu gestartet, der 2. Raspi ist auch wie gewohnt erreichbar

Du hast in der Konfiguration SSL, also gesicherte Verbindung, eingestellt.
dann musst du https://192.... nehmen

Warum wird dann trotzdem "Nicht sicher" in der Adressleiste angezeigt? Muss da noch eine weitere Einstellung o.ä. gemacht werden?

@smartuser_1 Deinem HTTPS Zertifikat wird nicht vertraut.
Die Verbindung selber ist wohl trotzdem sicher.

Edit: Habe das Symbol im Screenshot nicht gesehen. Bei dieser Ausprägung weiß ich nicht, ob verschlüsselt wird.

Für lokale Webserver macht das überhaupt keinen Sinn.
Falls man das dennoch will und auch die Browser Meldung weg haben möchte, muss man sich eine eigene CA aufbauen. Dieses Root Zertifikat muss man dann im Browser importieren bzw. in Windows registrieren.
Die Browser bringen einen ganzen Sack voller vorregistrierten Root Zertifikate mit.

Wer keine NSA im netz hat, die den Router kontrolliert oder seinen Teenagern misstraut braucht das nicht.
Die müssten aber dann ein deep inspection System auf dem Router einrichten, der in jedem Päckchen nach Zugangsdaten, Bankverbindung oder kreditkarteninformationen sucht, so das die dann entsprechen Weiterverwertung werden könnten.

Droht da im eigenen Haus eine Man-In-The-Middle-Attacke durch rebellierende Pupertisten?

Wenn nicht: Schalte doch einfach SSL ab und greife unverschlüsselt darauf zu.

Für lokale Webserver macht das überhaupt keinen Sinn.

Du kannst LE durchaus für lokales verwenden - mit einem lokalen DNS der die lokale Domain verwaltet.
Betreibe das hier auch schon seit vielen Jahren so, weil ich Geräte und Netzübergreifend die Zertifikatsfehler nicht mehr sehen konnte.
