In der Regel ist da auch nix zu konfigurieren. Keine Ahnung warum das hier offenbar nicht funktioniert.

was kommt bei sudo apt update und sudo apt upgrade?

was hattest du denn da virhin umkonfiguriert?

Haste die Datei jetzt angepasst? Und den Service mal neugestartet (oder gleich die ganze Kiste)?

sudo systemctl restart systemd-timesyncd.service

lad dir das RaspberryPi OS lite neu runter, und fang noch mal neu an.

Solange die Zeit nicht stimmt funktioniert da halt nicht viel. Deswegen ist die Zeit ja auch so wichtig.

aber sowas muss automatisch funktionieren .. nicht jeder kommt damit klar ....

Kann ich dir nicht sagen.
Stell halt die entsprechenden Dinge richtig ein und schau wie sich die Uhrzeit verhält.
