What is the best practice to set and keep some custom values for general and specific use in js or elsewhere?

      For example
if I need to define general light down time "22:00", where should I place it? In Object tree, if yes, where?
Or similar case - power of ventilation: "70%" ... ?

It would be good, that these values could be accessible from any place.

Thank all of you, who answered!

Could you clarify, what does "_0" mean in "userdata_0"?

              maybe it was a mistake:

              0_userdata.0

is the right folder like @mickym commented

is the right folder like @mickym commented

...and the leading "0_" ist just to ensure this folder always appears on top of the list in the "objects" tab
