UPDATE 31.10.: Amazon Alexa - ioBroker Skill läuft aus ?

Hallo,

ich habe Iobroker auf einem Nuc mit Proxmox laufen (Ubuntu). Diesen auch als Master konfiguriert.
ein zweiter nuc ohne Proxmox aber eben auch mit Ubuntu soll als Slave laufen, nur passiert nach der Eingabe des Befehls (iobroker multihiost connect) nichts - nichtmal eine Fehlermeldung.
Dabei sollte er hier ja eigentlich den Master finden.
Beide sind im gleichen Netzwerk, beide sind Frisch aufgesetzt.

Jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte?

Ja, mach es nach der offiziellen Doku.

@bahnuhr genau das habe ich getan, sogar nochmal alles neu aufgesetzt - und es tut sich trotzdem nichts am (zukünftigen) Klienten. Mehr als das Multiconnect am Host mittels Befehls aktivieren (was geklappt hat) und Neustarten, sowie das connecten am Klienten ist es ja nicht - aber nach absetzten des Befehls wandert der Cursor nur eine Zeile Tiefer und blinkt munter vor sich hin...

der Benutzername tut nichts zu Sache, muss ich auch nicht begründen ;-)...

die Doku habe ich natürlich genutzt und auch noch ein zusätzlich andere Quellen zurate gezogen. irgendwas übersehe ich wohl.

interessant dabei ist das der Client jetzt im Master zu sehen ist, ich habe alles nochmal neu aufgesetzt. im Client iobroker multihost connect bleibt aber wie vorher ohne weitere Meldung, der Promt wandert eine Zeil tiefer und blinkt dort nur noch vor sich hin, somit auch keine Möglichkeit den Master auszuwählen, geschweige denn ein Passwort einzugeben. Womit sich jetzt die Frage stellt wie er sich mit dem Master verbinden konnte (die Systempasswörter und für den Connect wären aber alle Identisch).

das einzige was jetzt anders gemacht wurde - ich habe noch keine updates im iobroker gemacht...
