Aqara G4 Doorbell Verbindungsprobleme

Hallo, ich habe seit ein paar Wochen die Doorbell G4 von Aqara. habe das ganze mit Homekit Connector in Iobroker eingebunden. Leider bekomme ich keine Benachrichtigung im IoBroker , wenn jemand geklingelt hat.
geschweige ein RSTP Stream, unter RTSP Stream ist etwas ahnliches wie ein Code AAacccsddaaa..
mache ich da etwas falsch ? hat jemand das gleiche Geraet oder weiss was ich falsch mache ?
