So, Apache2 konnte ich dann auch entfernen. Allerdings verbleibt noch ein Eintrag von sury, das bekomme ich nicht weg.
In der sources.list ist es auch nicht zu finden.

Dir sury.list (Oder so ähnlich dürfte die heißen) liegt im Verzeichnis /etc/apt/sources list.d/

Ja, jetzt ist auch die weg. (Sie hieß nicht sury.list sondern php.list).
