Jetzt installiert er anscheinend auch alle adapter die rot sind nach bzw neu und es sieht so aus als ob ich das system bald wieder normal nutzen kann

bei mir laufen die zwei Lebensmittelscripte nach wie vor ohne ProblemeIch wollte die einfach nur löschen aber durch den bug im Admin gehts leider nicht.
Ein Update von nodejs ist eigentlich nicht nötig bin zwar nur auf version v16.17.1 aber das sollte doch keine probleme geben

das ist das eine Problem, hat aber nix mit deinem "aufhängen zu tun" scheinbar läuft da ja deine javascript Instanz an sich nicht ganz rund.
und das möglicherweise seit dem update von nodejs auf die v16.x
