Ah mein Fehler. Jetzt startet die Instanz. Ich musste den Raspi neu aufsetzen und hatte vergessen Bluetooth zu deaktieren und den Serial Port zu aktivieren.
Supportinformationen:
Der Afriso APR 234 funktioniert aber trotzdem noch nicht richtig.
Kommunikation besteht nur kurz und auch nur unidirektional.
Wenn ich am Stecker schalte, ändert sich der Punkt "OV" von 0 auf 100 bzw. von 100 auf 0.

Wie darf ich das verstehen? Der Aktor sendet nicht Regelmäßig sondern nur bei Änderungen bzw. wenn bestimmte Werteschwellen überschritten wurden.

Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass ich erst noch Änderungen am Attribut "OV" sehen kann, wenn ich direkt am Gerät schalte, und nach ein paar Minuten dann nicht mehr.
Aber das kann ich jetzt nicht mehr nachstellen.Fest steht: Ich bekomme beim Anlernen nur 1x grünes Blinken, nicht 2x. Daher nur unidirektionale Kommunikation vom Aktor zum Enocean-Gateway. Befehle kann ich nicht senden.

@jey-cee Ich hatte leider jetzt erst wieder Zeit zum Testen.
Vielen Dank für das Update. Es funktioniert jetzt, dass mehrere Geräte angelernt werden können. Beim Testen ist mir dann auch wieder eingefallen, dass es ja nicht nur um das Anlernen geht, da ich per PCT 14 alle Geräte schon mit der Sender ID versehen hatte. Es war also auch das Problem beim Senden anderer Befehle.
Noch als Info an @Black-Raven :
Da die Sender ID jetzt fortlaufend in Hex zählt (was der Adapter in meiner Alt-Installation eben auch gemacht hat), das aber zuvor in einer neuen Installation nicht der Fall war, müssen die SenderIDs im Eltako ggf. angepasst werden. Also nur Updaten und die Geräte in alter Reihenfolge neu anlegen könnte erstmal zu funktionsverlusten im Haus führen . -
@rogo So jetzt bin ich auch mal wieder zum probieren gekommen. Jetzt kann ich mehrere Teilnehmer einlernen. Jetzt bin ich wieder bei dem Problem mit den fehlenden Rückmeldungen der Aktoren. In der PCT 14 hinterlässt der Einlernprozess den erwarteten Eintrag der Adresse. Muss nacher noch mal bissel rumprobieren.

@jey-cee So aktueller Stand bei mir. Ich hab jetzt diese Woche genutzt und meine ganze Bude auf ioBroker umgestellt. Der Bus läuft prima, alles stabil. Aktuell verwaltet dein Adapter also 40 Ausgänge und 90 Eingänge über die FTS14EM. Klasse Arbeit. Vielen lieben Dank.

@black-raven darf ich fragen wie du den FTS14EM zum laufen bekommen hast? Braucht man einen FTS14FA oder geht das auch ohne? Allgemein funktioniert es mit meinen FUD und FSR aber den FTS bekomme ich nicht in den ioBroker.

@blackbirdn510 bei Verwendung des USB 300 wird der FTS14FA benötigt, da Zustände der Eingänge nicht über das FAM 14 in den Gebäudefunk gesendet werden. Das macht dann der FTS14FA. Bei Verwendung des FGW14USB wird der FTS14FA nicht benötigt, da dort die Eingänge vom RS485 mit über USB ausgegeben werden.
Das war auch der Grund meiner Umstellung auf USB. Die Häufigkeit, in der die Telegramme über Funk versendet werden erhöht sich mit den 3 "Sendern" FTS14FA, USB300 und FAM14 enorm. Erkennt man auch an der roten LED am FAM 14. Ein Tastendruck verursacht mehrere Funktelegramme. Wenn man bedenkt, dass das Enocean darauf basiert, lediglich 2 Telegramme abzusetzen und davon ausgeht, dass der Empfänger das Telegramm auch empfangen haben muss (ohne Rückmeldung ob das geschehen ist) sollte das Telegrammaufkommen niedrig gehalten werden. Gleichzeitig versendete Telegramme von mehreren Teilnehmern kann zu Störungen führen.
