                Evtl. würde ich grafana nochmal --reinstall ieren.

                    Versuch erstmal den Reboot, wenn der grafana-server dann nicht auf die Beine kommt:

                                        sudo apt-mark hold grafana
                                        

                                        lauten.

                                          systemctl restart grafana-server
