Warum der admin nicht startet steht evtl. im log drin.
Unter Linux so:

iobroker logs --watch

Ob das unter Windows auch funktioniert musst du mal ausprobieren.

@ben1983 Du hast schon ein Problem mit der Installation selbst, derartige Meldungen können bei einem Update, was du in der Konsole machst gar nicht kommen.
Ich habe die JS v14.90.0 drauf.

Vielleicht hast du aber einfach ein Firewallproblem ?

Ja, meinte ich auch 14.19.0

@ben1983 Du kannst ja mehrere ioB mit dem Installer installieren, mach halt mal einen ohne ioB Daten, also nen ganz leeren.
Vielleicht klappt das dann.

nach dem upgrade self startet er nicht mehr
