Fehlermeldung bei Adapter Aktualisierung

ich bekomme jedes mal bei einem Adapter-Update folgende Fehlermeldung:

das Update selbst läuft ja scheinbar problemlos....
was ist hier falsch in meiner Installation? -

Da war der 'terminal-Adapter' der Grund.

hab jetzt den Terminal Adapter mal rausgenommen...
... mal sehen beim nächsten Adapter update... -
Heute wieder ein Adapter update gemacht...
und ich hab immer noch die o.a. Fehlermeldung...
Am Terminal Adapter scheint’s also nicht zu liegen... -
