In den Instanzen ist der Alexa2 Adapter nicht mehr aufgeführt da ich ihn ja gelöscht habe

Aber bei den Adaptern steht jetzt Installierte Version 3.2.8
Ging das was schief beim Deinstallieren?

Kann doch sein... Es muss ja nicht zwangsläufig eine Instanz des Adapters aktiv sein.
Hast du jetzt nur die Instanz gelöscht? Den Adapter selber würde ich auch noch löschen und dann neuinstallieren.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin hierhin verwiesen worden, weil ich auch ein Problem mit dem Alexa Login habe. Ich kann nicht mit Amazon verbinden, weil angeblich die Email Adresse nicht stimmt.
Die Eintragung im Log lautet:

14434. Error: You can try to get the cookie manually by opening http://192.168.178.145:42643/ with your browser.
       alexa2.0 2020-07-17 12:27:11.727
       error (14434) Error:

Kann jemand damit etwas anfangen? Der Link führt lediglich wieder zu der Anmeldeseite im Alexa Adapter, wo die Amazonzugangsdaten abgefragt werden, die dann aber nicht akzeptiert werden.

Ich habe schon ausführlich mit dem Amazon Support gesprochen. Die wussten von nichts und konnten mir nicht helfen

habe auch das problem kein login möglich, irgendwas bei Amazon ist geändert worden. Habe auch hier schon gelesen das es nur die neuen cookies betrifft, wenn ihr noch ein cookie habt dann läufts auch noch...

bei mir hat eine Deinstallation des alexa2 Adapters und anschließende Neuinstallation das Problem der fehlerhaften Anmeldung behoben. Seitdem läuft es wieder einwandfrei.

Auch nach Neuinstallation ist kein Login möglich.

Im Log kommt immer:

Error: You can try to get the cookie manually by opening http://192.168.2.52:32991/ with your browser.

Angeblich ist meine Email Adresse falsch. Was natürlich nicht stimmt. Ich kann mich an meinem Amazon-Kto ganz normal ohne Probleme anmelden.

@Bibo-13 Ich bin wie folgt vorgegangen:

1. Instanz gelöscht
2. Adapter gelöscht
3. Neustart
4. Adapter neu installiert

So hat es bei mir funktioniert.
