ioB lässt sich nicht via IP aufrufen

Bin ich hier richtig? Hab keine Ahnung von Debian und Raspi, aber versuche das Ding ans Laufen zu bringen.
Leider bisher ohne Erfolg: Der Start via http://192.x.x.x:8081 funzt nicht. Der Browser kann keine Verbindung zum Port herstellen (ohne :8081 komme ich auf den Raspi).
Da ich wie gesagt nicht so ganz genau weiß, was ich eigentlich hier mache, poste ich mal die Grundlagen...
