Konfig steht dabei auf "stable", d.h. "default". Kann also Dein Problem (noch) nicht nachvollziehen.

Du schaltest den Verwahrungsort (da wo "default" steht) auf "latest" um.

So sieht der Log etwas kompletter bei mir unter Raspberry aus...
Das Problem ist einfach daß ich gerne die Fehlermeldung verstehen würde...

Da im normalen Betrieb ioBroker das eingestellte Repo erkennt, sollte die Ursache bei dem Raspi (welcher?) zu suchen sein.
Vermutlich ist er während des ersten hochfahrens noch nicht soweit die Konfiguration auszulesen, oder einfach überlastet.
Im normalen Betrieb ist dann alles gut

Ja das System scheint ja ansonsten zu funktionieren.
Ich glaube, ich werde den Fehler erstmal einfach ignorieren und das beste hoffen!

Ich habe mal, wie @Homoran vorgeschlagen, von default auf latest umgestellt.
Allerdings kommt die Warnung direkt wieder, nicht nur bei Neustart, sondern auch, wenn ich die Instanz "admin.0" resette und neustarte:

70 Tausendstel Sekunden später findet er es

Da würde ich mir keine Sorgen machen.
Muss mit dem restart zu tun haben, dass da die Konfig noch nicht erreichbar ist

habe mir das angesehen. Das ist wohl ein kleiner Glitch im admin, der aber außer der Meldung keine negativen Auswirkungen hat. Kurze Zeit später wird die richtige Konfig gezogen.
