Nach fehlerhaften Adapter Updates kein VIS mehr

hi. mein VIS läuft nicht mehr. ich habe einige Adapter mit der Funktion (Adapter mit Aktualisierungen) aktualisiert.
Er zeigte an, mit fehler beendet.
Nun gehts nicht mehr.
Ich habe übrigens wenig bis keine ahnung von der Programierung des raspberry Pi.
Bitte um Hilfe.

Backups habe ich, nur finde ich das Raspisystem sehr labil. Bei jedem kleinsten Problem muss ich nen altes Backup fahren. Und beim Erstellen von Backups habe ich häufig probleme.
Manchmal wenn ich den Pi neustarte, läuft er nicht mehr, ergo, Backup drauf… ;-(
p.S. Meine SD- Ist relativ neu, erst ein paar Monate. Eine Kingston 16gb. Gibt es Empfehlungen für gute und Standhafte SD´s?
