Ich bin inzwischen bei einem 4er Nuc HA Cluster mit proxmox und verteilten GlusterFS als Shared-FS … Bin gespannt wenn bei mir die nächste "alles rebooten" Runde ansteht :-)

mal ne Frage: Wenn ich die iobroker VM herunterfahre in Proxmox, bekommt man es irgendwie hin, dass iobroker vorher gestoppt wird ? Glaube ja nicht, dass das automatisch passiert. Qemu Agent ist installiert…

ALsowenn es ne korrekte installation ist und ioBroker als service automatisch beim Start der VM startet dann sollte er beim beenden automatisch gestoppt werden …

Hallo,

nachdem mein Proxmox eine Betriebszeit seit 2 Monaten hat und auch ohne Probleme durchläuft, mache ich mir gerade Gedanken über die anstehenden Updates des Host Betriebsystem. Sind mittleweile 20 Pakete zu updaten.

Wie macht ihr das? Bei den VMs kann man für den Fall der Fälle ja vorher Snapshots anlegen. Aber beim Host?

Update meinen Host im RZ seit 2 Jahren, ist nicht im Cluster und läuft 24/7. Hatte noch nie Probleme mit Proxmox und Updates. Mein Heimserver update ich auch immer. Wenn du automatische Backups von deinen VM/LXC hast, dann mach es doch einfach gleich danach wenn er die Backups erstellt hat. Wenn es dann etwas zerstören sollte, kannst gleich an der Kiste dran bleiben und versuchen das Problem zu beheben oder deinen Host neu aufsetzen.

Aber … :D wie gesagt... hatte nie Probleme mit Updates. Hostsystem ist bei mir Debian und Proxmox extra installiert, also nicht das fertige Image bzw. die iso Installation von Proxmox. Im RZ mache ich sogar im laufendem Betrieb dist-upgrades und es schmiert keine VM oder Container ab, nach den Neustarts fährt auch alles ohne Probleme wieder hoch und startet durch. Im groben und ganzen bin ich mit Proxmox sehr zufrieden. `

Hi,

ich baue mir auch gerade einen NUC auf.

Was muss man denn so an Speicherplatz rechnen?

Geplant habe ich eine 120GB SSD.

Diese soll für Proxmox, Linux in VM und evtl. Win7 oder Win10 reichen.

Ist das machbar? Das Windows kann ich auch zur Not weg lassen, wäre aber nett.

Ansonten braucht ioBroker ja nicht viel Speicherplatz!?

Ich verstehe es nur als AdBlocker. Ich werde den NUC nicht grß als Rechner zum surfen nutzen. ALso für mich eher uninteressant.

Pi hole ist ein Adblocker für das ganze Netzwerk , egal mit welchem Gerät du surfst . Bekommst du keine Werbung mehr .

Wie kann ich die Backupdatei (…...backupiobroker.tar.gz) vom IoBroker des RPI in eine IoBroker VM in Proxmox bringen. Auf der VM finde ich leider nicht die Ordnerstruktur vor. Wer kann helfen?

Hab es hinbekommen und meinen Denkfehler gefunden. Hatte die falsche IP eingetragen und zwar die vom NUC selbst (Proxmox) und nicht die von der VM (Iobroker) :roll:

In Proxmox Konsole:

Ich hätte gerne dev/sdb und /dev/sdc eingebunden. Ich habe bisher über Proxmox – Datacenter -- Storage Add -- Directory... ausprobiert. Aber es ist immer nur 27 GB groß.

Meine Erfahrungen:

1. Nimm ein Debian LXC - Mit Ubuntu hatte ich immer Probleme, wieso auch immer.

2. Unbedingt die alte Installation durchführen

Installation ioBroker (alter Weg / optional)

Diese Installation bitte nur nutzen, wem die neue Installationsvariante mittels Script zu unsicher erscheint.

Dann sollte alles Laufen. Die neue Installation hat Probleme ahvci-deamon, weswegen scheinbar einige Adapter nicht einwandfrei funktionieren.

Übrigens LXC´s eigen sich sofern man im Nux eine SSD hat super um, den Ram zu Entlasten. Swap funktioniert erstaunlich gut und stabil.

Hallo,

da der Raspberry mit seinem 1 GB RAM langsam am Ende ist, bin ich gerade dabei einen Intel NUC (NUC6CAYH) mit 4GB RAM und 320 GB HDD (RAM und HDD hatte ich noch rumliegen) einzurichten.

Soweit hat auch alles super funktioniert nur ein einziges Problem habe ich. Der zwave Adapter lässt sich nicht installieren. Da ich aber 12 Fibaro Rolladenaktoren habe, ist das leider ein OK Kriterium. Vielleicht hat ja noch einer eine Idee.

EDIT: Ich habe es geschafft. Damit das hier nicht so viel Platz weg nimmt habe ich den Rest mal in den Spoiler gepackt.

Da es letztlich nur indirekt an Proxmox lag, kann ein Mod das ja vielleicht komplett löschen.

Erstens fehlte noch unzip. Das seht nur in der Beschreibung des Adapters, dass man das braucht. Könnte man doch bestimmt bei der Installations automatisch installieren lassen.

Und dann war noch ein Problem, dass der USB Z-Wave stick nicht richtig an den Container weitergereicht wurde. Das habe ich mit der folgenden Anleitung behoben: http://coldcorner.de/2018/07/12/proxmox … wave-uzb1/

Versucht habe ich es mit einem Container mit Debian 9.5.1 und mit einem Container mit Ubuntu 18.10 jeweils priviligiert und unpriviligiert (was auch immer sich dadurch ändert). ioBroker habe ich jeweils einmal nach der neuen und einmal nach der alten Methode installiert und die avahi-daemon Änderung hat auch nichts gebracht.

! Mit einer virtuellen Maschine mit Debian 9.6.0 habe ich es auch noch versucht - leider auch erfolglos.
! Mir gehen langsam die Ideen aus, und aus Verzweiflung spiele ich schon mit dem Gedanken, den Raspberry als Multihost nur für Z-Wave weiterzubetrieben.

Wenn du mehr wie einen Stick verwendest, wäre es ratsam, diese per Udev eindeutig zu benennen und dann erst durchzureichen
