Gleiches Problem hatte ich bis gestern auch
Abhilfe brachte bei mir:- Über admin Instanz iogo löschen
- Über admin Adapter iogo löschen
Problem tritt wohl bei den neuen admin Versionen auf sobald ein Adapter installiert ist und nicht unter iobroker update -i auftaucht.

Aktuell bin ich bei admin 6.1.5 aus beta.
Frag jetzt nicht mit welcher Version der Fehler aufgetreten ist, vermute mit 6.0.7 oder 6.0.8 -

Hab bisher keine Lösung gefunden. Die Adapter die geupdatet werden können, aber nicht funktionieren werden natürlich immer mehr. Hab auch das Gefühl die Updates - auch wenn sie nicht funktionieren, dauern länger als früher.

Den Adapter wieder auf ein Repo drücken:
iobroker update iobroker upgrade vis-jqui-mfd@1.0.12 -
Hat keine Verbesserung gebracht. Eher im Gegenteil: Admin Oberfläche lädt sehr langsam, Adapter lassen sich immer noch nicht updaten.

Also ich habe wenn diese Haufen Fehler kommen - wirklich die Radikallösung gemacht (vorher sollte man aber halt ein Image vom Gesamtsystem ziehen).
- Im /opt/iobroker Verzeichnis die package-lock.json gelöscht.
- das Ganze node_modules Verzeichnis mit allen Unterverzeichnissen gelöscht
- mit npm install den Baum wieder sauber neu aufgebaut.
Seit dem ist das alles sauber und super schnell.
