Danke und versuche dort etwas zu sehen.... Mir fällt nur der Recovery Vorgang zum Dateisystem der SSD auf und der Broadcom Chip verwendet eine angewarnte Treiberversion. Das Datum 30 April könnte passen, wo ich den IObroker neu installiert habe, da die SSD getauscht wurde.

Danke, sowohl im Log als auch Dein Hinweis geht Richtung Skripte etc. Ich kann keine Skripte und nutze nur Blocklys, aber ein Grund sich dies mal genauer anzusehen. Hoffe ich kann die Skripte einzeln "aufbröseln" und so herausfinden wo ggf etwas nicht stimmt.Danke

Dann ist die Gefahr groß, dass du zum Beispiel einen Block mit "mache solange..." oder ähnliches verwendest, das eine Endlosschleife erzeugt und alles lahmlegt.
Da aber jetzt der Nachweis steht, dass das Dateisystem auf der Karte defekt ist, gibt es natürlich auch die Möglichkeit, dass dies bereits früher passiert ist (wie auch immer), und damit die versuchten Schreibvorgänge in das defekte Dateisystem zu der Situtaion geführt haben.

Einmal die erhöhte Störstrahlung mit USB3/2,4GHz interferenzen
und einmal irgendwas mit Datenrate, was aber auf die erste Revision beschränkt war (????)ich weiß es nicht mehr genau

Der hängt am USB2 Anschluß auch über den PI versorgt. Das waren dann aber aller Verbraucher am PI.
aus den system logs wie @Thomas-Braun sagt werde ich nicht schlau. Die sind "übervoll" mit den influxdB einträgen und regelmäßig tauchen die 3 Meldungen auf. CPU Freq kommt wohl vom RPI2 Adapter wo dies nicht auf einem RPI4 funktioniert. Wifi und BT ist bei mir deaktiviert daher wohl die Meldungen. Andere Meldungen sehe ich gar nicht. Eine Suche nach voltage oder under war erfolglos.
