[iot] iot Adapter erfolgreich Verbunden, Steuerung per Alexa klappt nicht

Hallo Leute, ich jetzt schon sehr viel gelesen und auch gesucht aber ih finde den Fehler einfach nicht
men Problem ist folgendes: iot Adapter ist grün, Biobroker skill ist aktiviert und auch verbunden aber wenn ich Alexa gerate suchen lassen, findet sie einfach keine?! ich habe natürlich im iot Adapter die geräte eingepflegt aber wie gesagt sie findet keine geräte, kann mir da jemand helfen?

ca 16-20 plus die, die per xiaomi skill gefunden werden. das habe ich noch vergessen zu erwähnen. alles was xiaomi ist wird gefunden. diese sind aber nicht beim iot eingepflegt.

@fischi87 Ok also kann es die Anzahl nicht sein.Das Xiaomi gefunden wird liegt denke daran das Du einen eigenen Skill dafpür hast - kommt also gar nicht aus ioBroker oder?
Kannst iot Adapter mal auf Debug Log stellen und schauen was er ausgibt wenn du suchst

ja genau, adapter ist grün und skill ist aktiviert und auch verknüpft mit iot benutzernamen.

@fischi87 dann lösche den Skill nochmal und verbinde neu ... an sich muss im debug log eine anfrage von iot kommen wenn du devices suchst. die hab ich bei dir nicht gesehen

kann es was mit dem alexa2 adapter zutun haben oder ist der iot adapter ein eigenständiger adapter?
kann es sein das es nicht geht weil ich mein amazon Passwort geändert habe?was mir nämlich noch aufgefallen ist, im Alexa adapter steht bei requestResult immer nach der Gerätesuche "ENDPOINT_UNREACHABLE"

@fischi87 Wenn du deine Geräte steuern willst die du im iot Adapter defineirst ist es der iot Adater. Auch der Skill hat nur mit dem iot Adapter zu tun.
Alexa2 erlaubt eine Steuerung der Alexa Gerät selbst

EDIT: Fehler gefunden.
Bei der Updaterei habe ich dann natürlich auch den Alexa-Skill gelöscht und danach den falschen installiert. iobroker.pro mit iobroker.iot verwechselt. Komischerweise wurde mein PW im Skill nicht genommen, auf der Webseite schon. Musste die PW Rückstellung machen, damit es dann geklappt hat.

Seit heute habe ich auch das Problem das meine Geräte, welche ich im IOT Adapter angelegt hatte, nicht mehr erreichbar sind und auch nicht mehr gefunden werden. Gut.... mein System habe ich schon seit ewigen Zeiten nicht mehr upgedatet, da alles funktionierte. Ich habe heute alles auf den letzten Stand gebracht, jedoch findet Alexa kein Gerät vom ioBroker.
Habt Ihr Tipps wo und wie ich das lösen kann?Danke im Voraus!

seit einiger Zeit läuft bei mir der iot-Adapter/Skill nicht mehr.
Der Adapter selber ist verbunden und grün, die logs im iobroker sehen gut aus.Allerdings findet Alexa keine Geräte.
Wenn ich mich auf iobroker.pro einlogge klappt der Verbindungsaufbau zu meinem Adapter nicht.
Ich bekomme dauerhaft die Meldung "internal error" und der Countdown läuft von vorne los.
Vermutlich kann mein Adapter nicht erreicht werden. Das würde auch erklären warum Alexa keine Geräte findet.Hat jemand Ideen?

@lugge86 Die Ideen aus der FAQ wie neue Verbindungszertifikate und so abgearbeitet? Was genau ist das für eine Screenshot seite? Wenn es "Anwendungen" ist dann brauchst Du dazu Cloud Adapter sonst kommt da nix

Ich verwende seit der Umstellung im letzten Jahr den iot-Adapter.
Gut zu wissen dass diese Seite dann für mich uninteressant ist.Verbindungszertifikat habe ich schon erneuert, ja.
Ich werde nochmal alles (Adapter und Skill) komplett löschen und neu einrichten.
Seit wann der Fehler auftritt kann ich leider nicht genau sagen. Mein Echo war jetzt lange Zeit nicht eingestöpselt, deswegen habe ich erst gestern bemerkt dass die Geräte nicht mehr erreichbar sind.
(vom ioBroker sind sie aber alle erreichbar).Prinzipielle Frage: gibt es eine Möglichkeit zu testen, ob iobroker.pro den lokalen iot-Adapter erreichen kann? Der Adapter selber steht bei mir auf grün.
