Is there advantage in using MQTT adapter with mySENSORS vs dedicated adapter?

Both are maintained by the github.com/ioBroker organization. So support should be ok for both.
Thank you. Since mySENSORS adapter is about to be fixed to allow nodes with number >10, see latest GitHub, I will stick with adapter.
