Seltsamerweise hatte ich das eben auch.
Ein Neustart hat es gerichtet.
[Edit:] Doch nicht, ist doch wieder Gelb geworden.

Außerdem den Adapter neuinstalliert

@Marty56 läuft zufällig auch der radar2 Adapter auf deinem System? Wenn ja, geht das nämlich nicht beides zusammen. Je nach dem würde da mal der radar oder mal der ble funktionieren.
Andernfalls bräuchtest du dann nen externen Bluetooth Stick wenn du beides nutzen möchtest.
Bei einem Adapter kannst du dann hci0 und beim anderen hci1 auswählen.
Was steht bei ble.0.info.driverState?

@crunchip der Radar Adapter läuft nicht.

Es werde natürlich auch keine BLE Geräte erkannt.

@Marty56 mal testweise mit der version zurück gehen, v0.11.0
mit anschliessendem
sudo setcap cap_net_raw+eip $(eval readlink -f which node)

mal so nebenbei,
bei meinem Server gibt es manchmal so ne Art "Spannungsproblem" mit dem internen Bluetooth.
In dem Fall steht dann ebenfalls der ble.0.info.driverState auf poweredOFF
Abhilfe schafft dann bei mir nur, den Server auszuschalten und kurz vom Strom zu nehmen.
Danach läuft er wieder wie gewünscht.

Google das mal. Gibt ein paar Ansätze, aber das per stille Post durchzuspielen macht keinen Sinn.

War wohl ein Hardwaredefekt. Ein USB Kabel war defekt und hat wohl den USB Hub außer Funktion gesetzt.
