Hätte da mal eine Nachfrage.
Kann ich das Backitup Backup eines Debian 11 32 Bit problemlos in ein Debian 12 64 Bit einspielen?

Installieren von Debian und Iobroker lief problemlos. Iobroker war über SSH und Weboberfläche erreichbar.
Danach habe ich das Backup eingespielt.
SSH ging noch. Über die Weboberfläche war der Iobroker nicht mehr zu erreichen. Weiter bin ich nicht gekommen.
Müssen altes und neues OS den gleichen Benutzer und PW haben, damit das Backup läuft?

Da das ja gefühlt bei jedem Zweiten, der ein Backup einspielt vorkommt, dass er denkt, sobald success erscheint wäre iobroker fix und fertig wieder lauffähig, wäre es da nicht sinnvoll, bei dieser Meldung (am besten in roten Großbuchstaben) gleich noch hinzuschreiben, dass nun die Adapter gerebuildet werden, man die Finger davon lassen soll, das ganze auch mal 1 h oder so dauern kann und man parallel die logs mit

iobroker logs —watch

schauen kann, was Sache ist?
Das liesse sich doch sicher in die Backup-Routine mit einbauen?!

Das ja, aber irgendwie verleitet es ja dann schon dazu, direkt iobroker zu öffnen und zu hoffen, anstatt erst einmal abzuwarten. Die wenigsten (vermutlich gerade die, die öfter ein Backup brauchen oder meinen, durch Einspielen wird alles wieder gut :blush: ) werden dann wissen, dass es danach erst los geht...

Das nicht.
Nehme jetzt mal eine andere Karte.
Nach dem schreiben des OS und installieren des Iobroker komme ich ja noch auf die Weboderfläche.
Erst nach dem Restore geht es nicht mehr.

@gonzokalle Bringt Dir aber nix, wenn die Karte bereits defekte Bereiche hat und beim restore dann dahin geschrieben wird. Merken: Das stromlos machen ohne vorheriges sauberes Herunterfahren zerstört nicht nur sehr schnell das Dateisystem sondern bei Raspi sehr oft auch die SD-Karte irreparabel. Heißt: Karte auf den Müll und neue besorgen.
Wenn Du nach dem Installieren nicht bereits mal den Strom weggenommen hattest und die Fehler daher rühren, dass „nur“ das Dateisystem teildefekt ist, kannst Du davon ausgehen, dass die Karte entsorgt gehört den Meldungen nach.
