Behalte mal den Raspi mit 4GB. Besorg dir eine kleine SSD mit passendem (https://forum-raspberrypi.de/forum/thread/47876-magische-usb-sata-adapter-und-wo-sie-zu-finden-sind/) USB-Adapter.
Mach eine Neuinstallation mit 64bit und spiel dein Backup zurück.
Das sollte schon spürbar besser laufen, den Raspi mit 8GB kannst du immer noch kaufen und dann einfach die SSD umstecken.

Seit dem Update von js-controller 5.0.7 -> 5.0.8 startet mein zigbee v1.8.17 nicht mehr.

Ich habe meinen ZW095 seit einer Weile mit iobroker am Laufen. Anfangs habe ich die beiden auch nicht zum Updaten bekommen, immer nur bei Tastendruck am Meter. Ich habe dann mal Z-Way auf meinem Rapberry mit RaZberry installiert. Dort konnte ich beide dann in eine Reporting-Group packen.
