Jetzt habe ich nochmal die beiden Pakete entfernt.

sudo apt remove gcc-aarch64-linux-gnu g++-aarch64-linux-gnu cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu

Und nochmal

sudo apt remove cpp

Und jetzt läuft alles sauber durch. Keine Ahnung was jetzt anders war als ich gestern das selbe gemacht habe.
