Dein Betriebssystem ZU ALT.
Buster ist vor geraumer Zeit ABGEKÜNDIGT und hätte schon vor geraumer ZEIT NEUINSTALLIERT werden müssen.

NEIN, 'never tatsch your running süstäm' funktioniert NICHT.

Gilt auch für die ganzen ioBroker-Adapter.

Zum technischen Hintergrund: Hier ist die Library 'glibc' wohl veraltet und aktueller Code baut nicht mehr dagegen. Und da Buster tot ist baut auch niemand eine aktuelle glibc ein.

Installier es NEU. Updates von so einer versumpften Version gehen meist in die Hose. Insbesondere, wenn dann auch auch Versionen übersprungen werden.
