Bluefox, спасибо за модуль.
Но я запутался в 3-х соснах, точнее директориях :) . В NodeRed используются следующие:

Как я понимаю, описания view должны сохраняться в userDir, немного исправил код:
//var settings = require(process.env.NODE_RED_HOME+"/red/red").settings; //var base = (settings.get("userDir") || (__dirname + '/../node-red/')); var base = RED.settings.userDir || (process.env.NODE_RED_HOME + '/');UI не должен "висеть" под httpAdminRoot, заменил вызовы httpAdmin на httpNode
Вроде бы все хорошо, но если установить httpNodeRoot, то появляется ошибка "main/vis-views.json Not exist".
Выходит, что если установлен httpNodeRoot то в "socket.on('readFile'," _adapter устанавливается в vis.0, а если без httpNodeRoot то vis. Не могу понять почему
Ну и еще не все элементы грузятся, проскакивает %5C - это '', список чуть позже сформирую

Приятно работать с такими людьми. Нашёл ошибку, проинформировал, разобрался, сделал pull request и всё сам.Спасибо. :)

Bluefox,
решил сделать отображение начальных параметров при загрузке, при получении сообщения vis.control.data обновляю все параметры.
Но вот какая штука, если зайти через другой браузер или устройство то никаких сообщений не будет … и обновить не могу
Что же такое control.instance?

Это имя инстанции, что бы можно было обновить какой-нибудь конкретный браузер. Например в коридоре. Что бы обновить все инстанции запиши туда FFFFFFFF. `
Ну тогда 2 вопроса:
Куда записать FFFFFFFF? (У меня Node-RED) в коде on input вызов publishAll
Почему сообщения не приходят, если открываешь в другом браузере, устройстве? (если ни разу не открывалось в режиме редактирования)

Но именно "notdefined" вообще нигде не хранится. Только если открыть в edit mode, тогда в это значение присвоится что нибудь.

Ошибку выдает функция socket.on('readFile', function (_adapter, fileName, callback), строка 212
должен создаваться новый vis-views.json, но … не создается
PS. восстановил директорию vis с этим файлом, но editor все равно не запускается ни в Firefox, ни в Chrome. Показывает progres bar и все.
