Habe derzeit nen Raspi3 als Master und nen Orange Pi als Slave - den Raspi würde ich nun gerne wegtun

Ja klar. Dann setzt du damit seine Konfiguration zurück auf nichts bzw das was da war bevor er Slave wurde.
