Hoffentlich gibt das kein Ärger, weil wir hier doch OT sind.
Ich habe aber keine Ahnung, wo da 100 Updates sein sollen. Meine Adapter sind alle auf dem aktuellen Stand, wenn ich unter Info gucke. Nur der BackitUp Adapter ist nicht aktuell. Da habe ich heute aber auch schon mehrmals auf aktualisieren geklickt. Dann sagt er da alles ausgeführt wurde und trotzdem ist noch die alte Version da.

Es geht nicht um den ioBroker, es geht um das Betriebssystem. Das muss auch aktuell gehalten werden.
Da sind die knapp 100 Updates:

Hast du mal in das node-HowTo aus meiner Signatur geschaut? Da steht das alles drin.

Ich gucke mir das aus deiner Sig gleich mal an.
Ich habe gerade mal apt list --upgradable | wc -l ausgeführt und da kommen tatsächlich 98 raus.
Wie ich den ganzen Kram jetzt aber upgraden kann, habe ich keine Ahnung. Ich bin normaler Klick Anwender,
Und wenn mir das System nicht anzeigt, das ich was upgraden muss, dann weiss ich es eben nicht.
Ich nutze den iObroker glaube ich jetzt 2 Jahre und habe damit angefangen, weil es aussah, als ob es nicht so Zeitintensiv ist. Habe ich mich wohl geirrt.
Wozu gibt es die klick Möglichkeit, wenn sie nicht funktioniert.

Das Betriebs-System zeigt es an, wenn man sich über die Konsole einloggt. Davon abgesehen checkt man das regelmäßig. Ist ja nur ein Ein- bzw. Zweizeiler.

Wozu gibt es die klick Möglichkeit, wenn sie nicht funktioniert.

Typisches Problem bei GUIs: Funktioniert für die hinter dem KlickiBunti versteckten, fix definierten Befehle. Sobald mit weiteren Optionen hantiert werden muss geht das nur noch über die Konsole. Die ist halt viel flexibler als ein starres GUI.

Es war sehr schwierig, und letztlich nur Zufall die Blink Kamera zum Laufen zu bringen. Und die sind wichtiger als das Tesla Modul.
Und mein ganzes Haus wird mit dem iObroker gesteuert. Wenn ich jetzt da was zerschiesse, geht wieder gar nichts mehr.
Ich weiß, Updates muss man machen. Aber das hat mich schonmal eine halbe Woche gekostet, wo hier nichts mehr lief, weil sich das System dabei verabschiedet hat. Wenn das nochmal passiert, zwingt mich meine Frau wieder alles auf manuell umzustellen :)
Und selbst wenn, ich habe jetzt die Liste was alles nicht auf dem neuesten Stand ist, habe aber keine Ahnung wie ich die Sachen updaten soll.

Das wird durch aussitzen nicht besser. Das ganze kippt dir immer weiter weg, wenn du das nicht auf eine solide Basis stellst.

Bei den Blink-Kameras stimmt auch was nicht beim Adapter. Das schmiert dir vermutlich als nächstes weg

Und was mit dem Blink Kamera Adapter nicht stimmt. Eine Automation bringt nichts, wenn sie mehr Zeit verschlingt als die manuelle Bedienung. Dann habe ich wahrscheinlich mit dem iObroker auf das falsche Pferd gesetzt. Aber Spass gemacht hat es.

2 Jahre nichts investiert ist falsch. Da ja dauernd irgendwas nicht passt, ist das jetzige System höchstens 3 Monate alt.
Das heisst vor ca. 3 Monaten habe ich den Broker komplett neu aufgesetzt. Und trotzdem sind schon wieder 100 Updates vorhanden. Heisst, ich müsste jetzt schon wieder alles neu machen. Das ist dann was für Leute, die sonst nichts zu tun haben. Leider gehöre ich nicht dazu. Der iObroker sollte mir Zeit sparen.

Das kann nicht sein, dann wäre nicht der steinalte Kernel noch installiert:

Man muss aber auch etwas Zeit investieren. Regelmäßig mal schauen ist wesentlich weniger Zeitaufwand als die Kiste verlottern zu lassen und dann nach Monaten da so eine Großbaustelle zu haben.

@exmerci Dann mach einen eigenen Thread auf.
Die /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nodesource.list editieren ODER das Installationsskript für nodejs16 ausführen. Führt beides zum gleichen Ergebnis.
