Hallo zusammen,
ist vielleicht nicht ganz der richtige Ort für meine Frage, aber ich hoffe, ihr teilt trotzdem eure Erfahrung mit mir.
Ich habe mir ein Account bei life360 erstellt und sonst keine weiteren Einstellung dort vorgenommen. Ich war und bin zunächst dem Kreis "Familie" zugeordnet. Dann habe ich den Adapter nach Anleitung für mich erfolgreich installiert. Im Adapter habe ich einen neuen Ort "Zuhause" angelegt. Dem bin ich sowohl in den Objekten unter "myplaces" als auch in der Life360 App / Web-Zugang zugeordnet. Eine testweise (sinnfreie) Abfrage mit on( ...., "any" ...) und pushover ergab alle 60s die Nachricht, dass ich anwesend bin.
Nun würde ich gerne weitere Familienmitglieder dem Ort "Zuhause" zuordnen. Bevor ich das mache, meine Frage, ob folgendes der richtige Weg wäre?

Anlegen eines neuen Kontos bei life360 für jedes neue Mitglied
Einladung gemäß den FAQ von life360 (send code) von mir an das neue Mitglied
Annahme des Codes durch das neue Mitglied

Muss ich dann sowohl in der App als auch natürlich im iobroker noch etwas machen? Oder sollte es dann sofort klappen?

@peterpan Hallo. "MyPlaces" sind praktisch eine Erweiterung der Liste, die Life360 in der Cloud anlegt: Also MyPlaces existieren nur im Adapter, nicht aber in der Life360 App auf Deinen Mobilgeräten. Wenn Du "Zuhause" in der App angelegt hast, brauchst Du das nicht noch einmal im Adapter tun. Mit "MyPlaces" kannst Du also Orte anlegen, die der Service-Anbieter Lief360 nicht kennt oder nicht kennen soll. ;-)

@migoller Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Ich hatte nach der Erstanmeldung in der App nur das voreingestellte "Familie". Ich habe dann "Zuhause" im Adapter angelegt und dies erscheint auch im Knoten unter "myplaces". Ich habe danach "Zuhause" aber auch automatisch in der App gesehen und beide tauchen unter dem Knoten "circles" der Instanz auf. Sollte nach deiner Antwort wohl nicht so sein, wenn ich dich richtig verstanden habe? Ich habe mich heute morgen dann "getraut", weitere Familienmitglieder über die App aus dem Kreis "Zuhause" einzuladen und die tauchen ebenfalls in "Zuhause" in der App auf, aber natürlich auch im Knoten "Zuhause" unter "myplaces". Dort stimmt auch alle Daten und das Verlassen/Betreten funktionieren einwandfrei, in "Familie" bin ich in der App nach wie vor alleine (gleiches in den Daten im iobroker).

Hast du ggf. eine Idee, wie ich der Cloud "Zuhause" nachträglich unbekannt machen kann? Und vielleicht ein Tipp, wie ich dann die Zuordnung von weiteren Mitgliedern zu "Zuhause" machen kann, ohne die App zu benutzen (weil diese dann "Zuhause") dann nicht kennt? Oder habe ich einen Knoten im Kopf :face_with_rolling_eyes: ?
(In der Adapterkonfiguration habe ich unter Integration alles angeklickt gelassen).

@peterpan das mit dem Kreis hat bei mir auch nicht sofort geklappt, kein Obejekt wurde angelegt, als ich dann online im Lief360 einen Kreis angelegt habe, dann hat es sich verändert und beide waren da. Jetzt schaut es gut aus, ev. kann ich es jetzt wieder reduzieren.

in azyklischen Abständen fast 30 x ab Mitternacht hat der Adapter Fehler und löst mir dadurch falsche Befehle aus (mein Blockly verwendet das Objekt isPresent).

Ich habe den Adapter nun auf debug gestellt.

nach dem Restart (durch das umstellen auf debug) scheint es wieder normal zu sein.
lt. Life360 haben wir seit gestern nicht "zuHause" verlassen, dh. eine falsche Situation wird von Life360 nicht gekommen sein.

was auffällt, verliert er sein Verbindung löscht er die Obejkte - das sollte er nicht machen!

wenn ich es richtig interpretiere dann gibt es einen Fehler bei den Places. Werden diese nicht gefunden (übergeben?) wird im ioBroker das Objekt gelöscht.
Wäre es möglich diese löschen mal nicht zu tun?

@humidor , @ilovegym : Ich schließe mich Euch an. So eine vergleichbare Situation, dass Life360 per API mal und mal nicht Informationen geliefert hat, hatten wir schon einmal vor ein paar Wochen.

Allerdings sollte der Adapter dann nicht die Life360 Places löschen, wenn gar keine Daten von Life360 geliefert werden; das werde ich definitiv einbauen. Nutzt Ihr die Life360 Places oder "My Places" des Adapters? Bei mir ist das Problem wahrscheinlich nicht durchgeschlagen, da ich die Life360 Places nicht in meiner Automatisierung nutze und stattdessen auf "My Places" setze.

Es gibt ein Indiz, wann die Life360 Places im IOB angelegt worden sind. Könnt Ihr bitte mal prüfen, ob die letzte Änderung der Datenpunkte life360.0.places.<GUID>.gps-coordinates heute Nacht erfolgt ist? Das wäre ein Indikator, dass die Objekte gelöscht und neu angelegt worden sind.

Die API als solche scheint seitens Lif360 noch so zu funktionieren, wie ich sie kenne.

@humidor Ich bin grad unterwegs, aber ich schicke Dir nachher einen Screenshot. In der Ansicht der Objekte gibt es die Ansicht der Werte. Da bitte ein GPS-Datenpunkt eines Life360 Places auswählen. Dort findest Du dann auch Spalten für die letzte Änderung und die letzte Aktualisierung.

letzte Aktualisierung ist aktuell, er schafft es ja immer wieder und dann wieder nicht usw.

@humidor Hey. No places found! und nach ein paar Minuten liefert die API dann doch wieder Informationen zu den Orten. Egal, ich habe Anpassungen am Code vorgenommen, dass Life360 Places erst nach 30 Tagen gelöscht werden, nicht aber sofort. Und keine Angst: In einem späteren Release wird dieser Zeitraum konfigurierbar.

Jetzt schauen wir erst einmal, dass die Places nicht dauernd gelöscht werden, wenn die API einen Schluckauf hat. Einverstanden? Die ersten Tests bei mir sehen schon ganz gut aus.

@liv-in-sky Das Abfrageintervall über einen Datenpunkt konfigurierbar zu gestalten, packe ich dann gleich mit an.
