CC2531 startet nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,
mein CC2531 lief einwandfrei und plötzlich bleibt die Instanz im iobroker rot. Sie wechsel nur noch von gelb auf rot. Ich habe den CC2531 bereits mehrfach ab und wieder angesteckt und sogar erneut geflasht. Nichts hat geholfen. Im iobroker sehe ich folgende Logs:

Dieser Tipp soll jetzt nicht blöd daher kommen, aber grade beim ZigBee Stick habe ich sehr gute Erfahrungen mit einem kompletten Neustart des Systems gemacht
Die FW-Version auf deinem Stick ist die vom 08.06.2019?
