Ich meinte bezogen auf das Logfile … da war ein bestimmter Zeitraum drin im Logfile. Wann genau in dem Zeitraum war es und kannst Du da Logzeilen zuordnen?
Im Log sehe ich nichts auffälliges ausser das scheinbar sehr oft "User-Logins" stattfinden ...

naja dann mach doch mal folgendes:
Wenn es so oft passiert siehst Du den effekt ja recht schnell.
Alle adapter aus und dann nacheinander einschalten mit zeitlichem Abstand das Du sehen kannst ob das Problem wiederkommt. Wenn es nach aktivieren eines bestimmten Adapters kommt dann hast du den schuldigen vllt gefunden

Schau doch mal in die iobroker logfiles der letzten Tage, vielleicht findest du ja noch raus welche Adapter du upgedated hast.
Ich würde mal damit anfangen den YAHKA Adapter zu stoppen.
Dann wenn du meinst das iobroker sich restarted hat, versuchen alle logfiles zu sichern damit man die gleichen Zeiten hat.
Machst du einen automatischen "apt update && upgrade" und "clean" … was ist das?
