nach reboot startet web instance nicht mehr

Hallo
Hatten heute nacht ein schweres Gewitter mit bedingtem Stromausfall
da wir nicht zu Hause waren, hat die USV auch nicht gereicht.Nachdem ich heute wieder alles gestartet habe (Proxmox), lief alles im iobroker bis auf die Webinstanz.
meine vis ist eigentlich unter Port 80 erreichbar, aber laut log heisst es socketio is listening on Port 80 (oder so ähnlich). wieso ist jetzt auf einmal der socketio auf port 80 und blockiert die Web Instanz???Wie kann ich das wieder rückgängig machen???
