Wie führe ich ein sauberes Updates durch?

Hallo,
ich habe seit einigen Jahren einen RaspberryPi mit iobroker laufen. Mittlerweile kann ich leider keine Adapter mehr updaten, weil vermutlich einige andere Sachen erst Updates brauchen.
Nun weiß ich jedoch nicht, wie die richtige Reihenfolge der Updates ist, damit ich mir das ganze System nicht zerschieße.Anbei einige Informationen zu meinem System. Für Unterstützung bin ich sehr dankbar.

Nein, ich meine ein Backup ziehen, nachdem der ioBrokrr auf Stand ist und mit dem Backup umziehen.

Welche Hardware ist denn da eigentlich am Start? Mit weniger als 2 GB RAM dürfte das sehr gemütlich werden, vermute ich.

In /etc/apt/sources.list ist nur die stretch Quelle drin. Also kein Plan wo und wie ich die falschen Quellen löschen kann.
Irgendwann war das System down und dann hatte ich aus lauter Verzweiflung jede Menge probiert und verutlich Chaos angerichtet.Es wäre vermutlich doch besser alles von Grund auf neu aufzusetzen oder?
