    Backitup Problem mit Grafana

      ausgangssituation:
      -neu installierte debian vm unter proxmox
      -iobroker drauf
      -influxdb drauf
      -grafana drauf

      -im iobroker influx adapter
      -im iobroker backitup adapter

      folgendes problem bekomme ich nun nicht gelöst:
      prinzipiell funktioniert der backitup adapter, also er sichert die iobroker und influx daten.
      nur im grafana backup teil tauchen fehler auf, die ich nicht behoben bekomme.

      was habe ich versucht bisher?
      -grafana service account mehrfach neu erstellt, incl. token und rolle admin
      -backitup adapter entfernt + neu installiert + konfiguriert
      -backitup konfig für grafana mit hostname/localhost/127.0.01 getestet
      -backitup konfig für grafana api key mehrfach neu vergeben

      was mich völlig ratlos macht ist, das er augenscheinlich verbindung zu grafana aufnehmen kann,
      er findet ja die dashboards, aber dann trotzdem abbricht mit fehler.

      grafana selber funktioniert natürlich generell, also ist normal nutzbar.

      wäre nett, wenn da jemand einen hilfreichen hinweis für mich hat, danke..

        Nicht mehr als eine Vermutung: Da die Dashboards ja scheinbar gesichert werden können, scheinen ja die Rechte zu passen. Es könnten Umlaute, Sonderzeichen, Leerzeichen in den Datasource-Namen (die ja auch gesichert werden) die Ursache sein.

          die datasource namen werden doch aber automatisch aus den iobroker object pfaden und id's gebildet?

          hab mal im iobroker den objektbaum nach umlauten gefiltert, da sind definitiv keine umlaute drin.

              da gibt es bei mir nur einen datasource und zwar eine influxdb
              in deren konfiguration aber auch keinerlei umlaute/sonderzeichen/leerzeichen enthalten sind.

              ein test des datasources gibt folgendes aus:
              "datasource is working. 79 measurements found"

                Welcher Benutzer meldet sich an Grafana an? Ich hatte mal gelesen, dass es der admin User sein sollte.

                    Ich meinte den USER, den man bei Backitup einträgt. Und hier sollte man den User "admin" nehmen. Ob auch andere User funktionieren, habe ich noch nicht getestet. Eigentlich gibt es für mich keinen offensichtlichen Grund, warum das nicht mit anderen Usern funktionieren sollte.

                      es gibt ein sehr ausgeklügeltes Rechtesystem in Grafana, über User, Rollen, Organisationen, Teams oder RBAC.

                      Ist ein weites Feld und kann man sich in der Grafana Dokumentation anschauen, z. B. https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/administration/roles-and-permissions/

                          Ja das ist leider in Grafana so... Sowohl der Token muss in der Admin Rolle sein, als auch der User muss die vollen Admin Rechte haben.
