    I have a Siedle HTA 811 and would like to activate the doorbell from this system with an ESP-01S. I don't need the door opener and the intercom system. I just want to use the ESP to sound a chime.

    I have already managed to do this with an older Siedle system on another floor, but this is still a mechanical doorbell. The HTA 811 is an electronic doorbell with a loudspeaker.

    This is how the HTA 811 looks like:

    This manual describes which pin has which function:
    b3618725-6b44-4b06-8087-0804076ac904-image.png

    The manual says, b is power supply for chime and G is actuation for chime and a 12V AC power source is needed. I have a 12V AC power source. I already tried to connect "-" to b and "+" to G to create a Gong. Unfortunately, this did not work.
    I really don't know how to connect the power source to the HTA 811 in order to make it ring. Can anyone here help me?

      @msco

      As I understand it, b and G simply have to be connected?

        @marc-berg Hm ok, but to which pins do I have to connect the 12V AC power source then?

            I am sorry, but in the German forum there was no reply, although the topic is 10 days old. If you are bothered by two topics of the same type, please delete the German Post. I seem not to be allowed to delete it.
