Scheint so als ob mein npm auch über n und nicht über den Paketmanager installiert ist.
Das "tar"-Problem scheint behoben. Hat bislang gut und stabil funktioniert. Jetzt ist wohl der Zeitpunkt gekommen, das System mal sauber aufzusetzen.
