node.js update nicht mehr möglich?

Ich wollte gerade meinen node.js auf die 18.17.1 updaten. Normalerweise nehmen ich dann ja als Befehl das hier:

curl -fsSL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_18.x | sudo -E bash -

Wenn ich das nun ausführe, kommt aber nun diese Meldung:

Leider stehe ich auch nach Aufruf der Seite auf dem Schlauch.
Was muss ich denn nun eingeben, dass ich dies wieder updaten kann?

Danke für deine Antwort. Hab das nach deinem Link durchgeführt und das hier zuerst durchgeführt:

curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Grothesk242/iob_diag/main/iob_node_update > iob_node_update
chmod 744 iob_node_update
./iob_node_update

Danach hatte er mit angezeigt, dass ich immer noch die alte Version drauf hatte.
Erst nachdem ich dann:

 sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

und erneut ein:

./iob_node_update

durchgeführt habe, lief es und die aktuelle Version war drauf
