HMIP wired BUS Kommunikation gestört

Hallo,
Ich habe heute eine Kleinigkeit an meinem homematic ip wired bus verändert.
Als ich den bus wieder zusammen gesteckt habe, war komplett keine Kommunikation unter den Geräten möglich alle zeigten dauerhaft TX an.
Dann hab ich rausgefunden, dass es an zwei Jalousieaktoren liegt. Entferne ich diese aus dem bus läuft alles. Sind diese einzeln im bus zeigen diese auch dauerhaft TX an.
Was ich probiert habe:
- Anderer Access Point
- Anderes bus Kabel
- Reset auf Werkseinstellungen (Aktor)
- Neustart Access Point
- Neustart CCU (läuft auf proxmox mir RF Stick)
