Der Beta-Kanal. Aber wozu fährst du Beta, wenn du dein System eh nicht auf Stand hältst?

Bring das jetzt auf Stand.

Öfter als bisher/ (aka nie...)
Knöpf dir das alle paar Wochen / 1x im Monat vor.
Und zwar das Gesamtsystem aus Betriebssytem und dem ioBroker. Befehle dafür hast du ja jetzt.

die Reihenfolge ist node
danach JS-Controller
danach ioBroker?

Du hast das Betriebssystem vergessen...

sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade

(im Zweifel einen Reboot danach)

sudo reboot
iobroker update
iobroker upgrade

nodejs fließt (im 16er-Zweig) mit den Updates des Betriebssystems mit.
