Auch Zigbee Probleme

Ich bitte als Neuling um Nachsicht: Ich taste mich an den komplexen Aufbau an, bislang hatte ich auch Erfolg . Möglicherweise seit dem Update funktioniert mein Zigbee-Adapter nicht mehr. Er wird hardwaremäßig nicht mehr erkannt (steht auf Rot). De-Installiert und auch Neuinstallation brachte bislang keine Lösung, ebenso das Löschen des Cache. Mein NUC habe ich auch rebootet, den Adapter auf einen anderen USB-Port gesteckt. Immer noch Rot ....
Kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen - danke für die Mühe.mfg Michael
