Anweisung "Falls Uhrzeit" löst nicht aus

Moin, ich wollte mit dieser Anweisung bewirken, dass 22:00, die Lichterkette meiner Tochter ausgeht. Leider wird es nicht ausgelöst.
Kann es sein, dass ich einen Trigger verwenden muss? Und das man "falls mache sonst" dafür gar nicht nehmen kann als Auslöser?
