Immer mal wieder "Gerät reagiert nicht"

Hallo,
Ich habe immer mal wieder wen ich ein Gerät über alexa und den iobroker schalten will die Meldung "… reagiert nicht"
Manchmal klappts dann direkt danach mit wiederholen des Befehls.
Manchmal aber erst beim 3. Mal.
Kann es sein dass der iobroker nicht für alexa erreichbar ist?
Wo kann ich bei dem Problem ansetzen?
