Du hast den ioBroker zweimal installiert.
Einmal in /home/pi und dann nochmal da wo er richtig hingehört...
Lösch das aus dem /home/pi raus.

Ich weiß gar nicht, wie man den da jetzt sauber weg bekommt...

Stick platt machen und Iobroker neu installieren. Dann Backup wieder einspielen.
Erklärt das auch dass schnelle Blitzen der grünen LED auf dem Rasberry ? Glaube 3 bis 4mal .Kann man gar nicht zählen.

Du meinst vermutlich die Netzwerk-LED? Die regiert auf Datenpakete.
