ioBroker super langsam (oder Raspi?)

OK danke für die Info, hatte das mit sudo irgendwo hier im Forum gelesen, waren aber ätere Beiträge.
Habt ihr für mich den Befehl, damit ich ich ein Autoupdate über die Konsole machen kann für die adapter, bzw. für die aktuelle nodejs v16?

leider wird wieder genau das gleiche angezeigt, anscheinend keine Verbindung möglich :(

Logisch, du hast ja auch andere Adapter als ich installiert.
Starte das System mal komplett sauber durch:

Brachte aber keine Veränderung.
Muss für heute auch erstmal Schluss machen, ich werde es in den nächsten Tagen nochmal probieren und mich mit Sicherheit nochmal melden.Danke für die Hilfe bisher

Neugestartet hab ich heute schon öfter mit dem Befehl. :)
Brachte aber keine Veränderung.

vorher ist es mir jedenfalls nicht aufgefallen, greife nur selten darauf zu.

Wenn ich über die Befehlesudo iobroker stop sudo iobroker update sudo iobroker upgrade self sudo iobroker upgrade sudo iobroker startupdaten will, erscheint folgende Meldung:

Bei mir hängt eine SATA 500gb Platte (keine SSD) als root USB 2 an RPI 3 und ich habe keine Probleme mit langsame Aufbau usw. Das Hatte ich mal als RPI an WLAN war. Seit LAN Anbindung keine Probleme mehr.
