Dann ist in irgendeinem deiner Skripte ein Schedule falsch konfiguriert. Musst mal alle Scripte stoppen am besten und nacheinander starten und schauen nach welchem Start diese Meldung kommt. Dann dieses Skript mal genauer ansehen

a) Das Teils stürzt ab, wenn ich per Firefox mein IoB-Vis anzeigen lasse. Das ganz passiert unregelmäßig aber dann wie Tod und keine Reaktion mehr.

Ich habe mal bei den Scripten nach "NaN" gesucht und da werden mir dann Scripte angezeigt.
Aber... Wenn ich mir die Scripte anschaue und gugge wo diese "Felder" sein sollen, dann passiert folgendes:
Ein vorhandenes Feld wird gelb eingerahmt, klicke ich da drauf dann ... wird als Wert von diesem Feld erst mal NULL angezeigt und dauert teils bis zu zwei Sekunden bis ein Wert angezeigt wird:
dann dauert es kurz ... und dann:
Kann es sein, dass es zu lange dauert bis der Wert zur Verfügung steht und er deshalb dann NaN als Fehler ausgibt?

NaN heisst Not a Number und beziht sich auf das Ergebnis.
ich glaube nicht dass du es so findest.irgendein Script wirft anstelle einer Zahl etwas anderes aus.

komisch ist, dass dies erst seit dem letzten Update das ich Sonntag gemacht habe der fall ist. Ok, also da suche ich mal nach dem "Ergebnis" das das sein könnte...

Auf dem kleinen System hast du keine Ressourcen an eine GUI zu verschenken. -

Ist der xOrg für VNC notwendig?
Wenn keine GUI ... wie dann die Anzeige? ... dann ist doch nur Befehlszeile oder?

Natürlich.
Aber es läuft kein XOrg und damit schon gar kein VNC auf einem Server. -
ah ok, ja über VNC hab ich meinen Zugang gemacht, dass ich da auch mal Updates machen kann usw.
Habe an dem Raspi nur Monitor dran und der hängt halt im unteren Gang. Raspi selbst hinterm Schrank...Also war CNV keine gute idee...

Und dafür braucht man nicht mehr als ein Terminal und Zugang via ssh.
Ich würde es trennen und nicht auf dem gleichen System wie den ioBroker auch noch eine vis laufen lassen. Jedenfalls nicht auf einem 1GB RAM-System. Das wird nicht gut funktionieren. Siehe deinen Punkt 1.
Ohne Xorg / Desktop würden deine sechs CPU-und RAM-lastigsten Prozesse schon mal wegfallen:

wie kann ich den XOrg deaktivieren?
Da bin ich recht raus, bin sonst nur noch auf Windows und Windows Server unterwegs...

@michl75 SOllte nicht in einem Skript Teils ein sondern irgendwo in einem schedule. Und im Code steht ggf nicht NaN sondern irgendwas was er nicht parsen kann

Unter anderem in
sudo raspi-configDa kann man einstellen, bis zu welchem Stage gebootet werden soll.
Da auf 'CLI with login required' oder so ähnlich umstellen.
Aber die Vis bleibt dann dunkel.
