Hallo zusammen

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Anleitung, wie ich Kodi auf einem Nuc mit Proxmox zum laufen bringe. Wer kann mir da weiterhelfen. Hat sich er ein paar User hier, die dies gemacht haben und mir sagen können wie das installiert wird.

Nachtrag. Also du meinst kodi headless zu installieren? Also ohne Oberfläche. Bspw um regelmäßig den content zu prüfen und aktuelle Daten aus dem Internet zu ziehen.
Kodi als Media Player laufen zu lassen macht hier nicht soviel Sinn, da ja die Grafikkarte des nuc exklusiv an diesen Container durchgereicht werden muss und das meist Probleme macht.

Der raspi 4 müsste eigentlich auch 4K schaffen und auch das Menü flüssig darstellen können.
Dann würde ich da einen exklusiv dafür anschaffen.

Ich persönlich hab alexa Cube mit kodi als frontend (Stick geht aber auch)
Und kodi unter docker auf einem nur als headless backend

@oliverio Ich möchte gerne einen Mediaplayer haben, auf dem ich meine Musik laden kann, die dann über die Visu an meine Alexa weitergesendet wird.
Da ich sehr neu bin in diesen Themen, habe ich von vielen gelesen, das dafür Kodi geeignet sei.

Kodi kann zwar auch Musik ist aber primär ein Video Player.
Kodi und Musik und Abspielen über Alexa kenn ich mich nicht aus.
Ich verwende den logitech Media Server sowie diverse raspi zeros als multiroom Lösung

@oliverio Hab jetzt mal den Docker Kontainer installiert, aber jetzt versuch ich den Kodi zu installieren, scheitere aber daran.

Evtl liegt es daran das proxmox lxc containers kann?
Docker ist zwar gleiche Technologie aber doch etwas anders wie lxc.
Evtl hab ich das oben nicht so genau ausgedrückt
Kodi headless ist nur zur Verwaltung.
Der spielt keine Musik und auch kein Video.

Aber dann hast auch nur noch Stereo Audio.
Andere Audioformate sowie Passthrough gehen bei mir schon seit einiger Zeit nach einem Amazon-Update nicht mehr.

Das ist auch ein Screenshot. Erkennt man an dem furchtbar bunten Hintergrund.

Log File kann man mit

iobroker logs --watch

anschauen.

MIt Meldungen vom Neustart des Adapters kannst du das gleich mal üben.

@thomas-braun Wenn ich den Adapter neu starte, bekomme ich keine Fehlermeldungen mehr. Er verbindet sich einfach nicht mit dem Gerät oder Dienst
