kann mir allenfalls jemand sagen, was diese Fehlermeldung in meinem ioBroker-Log bedeutet?

Das bedeutet, dass die Maschine 185.199.108.133:443 nicht antwortet. Jedenfalls nicht auf dem Port 443.
Das ist üblicherweise der Port für https-Verbindungen.
