Ich habe einen neuen Pi4 genommen und nur Raspi Lite und IOBROKER installiert.

Ich kann auch vom PC per Putty auf dem Pi zugreifen, aber halt nicht auf diese eine Seite. Hab mehrere Pi am laufen. Auch in der Fritzbox ist der Port 8081 freigeschaltet

Muss eigentlich erreichbar sein. Daher dürfte es sich da um eine Einstellung auf deinem Rechner handeln.

hab alle Firerwall abgeschaltet, Kaspersky deinstalliert. Was soll es noch sein? Läuft auf allen drei Browsern nicht. Aber Handy und Tablet gehen.

liegen beide rechner im gleichen netzsegment?
also fängt die ip deines windows rechners auch mit 192.168.0 an

Setz lieber Dein Windows-PC neu auf :)
Hast Du irgendwas in den Browsern an Schmu eingerichtet, dass die IP geblockt wird?
