          do not background if active and no background desired
          new widget jqui-mfd valve
          change jqui-mfd window (close 0, opened 1, closed 2)
* (bluefox) hide "Name: .." text that sometimes is shown
* (bluefox) use "click touchstart" instead of "click" to enable mobile devices
* (bluefox) fix export/import titles
* (bluefox) add preview to stateful image
