Xiaomi Vacuum und Fenseher Pause bei Telefonbenutzung

Hallo zusammne,
ich habe ein kleines Blockly gebastelt der mein Xiaomi Saugroboter beim verwenden von Telefon (egal ob ankommende oder abgehende Anrufe) pausiert und nach auflegen wieder startet.
Ist das möglich über Harmony das auch mein Fernseher, egal welche Aktion läuft, mit pausiert wird?
Ich weiß, ich könnte triggern welche Aktion gerade läuft und dementsprechend die Pause befehl des richtige Fernbedienung schicken aber wenn es über den Echo Harmony Skill das befehl "Alexa sag Harmony Pause" geht und auch Aktions abhängig der richtige befehl gesendet wird dann müsste doch auch ohne große umwäge über ioBroker gehen.
